Love the mugs and the customer service By

I ordered eight of these mugs for Christmas presents. When I went to wrap them on December 21, I discovered that one of them had a broken handle. I called customer service and they had a replacement to me, at no charge to me, by December 23. Not only are these mugs adorable and very nice quality, but huge shoutout to Personalization Mall Customer Service. I am already a repeat customer, and that will definitely continue!
